Hello Creators,

We will be performing maintenance Wednesday, March 25 PT. We anticipate the maintenance to last approximately 4 hours.

The upcoming v26.3.0 update for MapleStory Worlds will include quality of life improvements to the avatar shop, as well as various improvements to specific app functions and addresses identified issues.

Detailed Patch Notes containing all updates will be announced soon.

1. Maintenance Times:

UTC: Wednesday, March 25 at 21:00 to Thursday, March 26 at 1:00
PDT (UTC -7): Wednesday, March 25 at 14:00 to 18:00
KST (UTC +9): Thursday, March 26 at 6:00 to 10:00

2. Update Version:

Windows/Mac/Mobile: 26.3.0
- The version can be checked via launching App > Settings > Other > Version
- Updating the app is required to apply the patch after maintenance.

* Please launch the app using the ‘Launch PC App’ button on the platform after the maintenance.

* For mobile apps, please update the latest version through the store.

3. Changes and Updates:

Windows/Mac/Mobile
- A new resource search tool utilizing AI-based semantic search will be added.
- A feature to bundle similar Worlds or Worlds created by the same Creator will be added.
  - Click the “Bundled Worlds” button to view a list of included Worlds.
  - The individual Worlds will still appear in certain categories.
- World genre categories will be updated with both the addition of new genres and the consolidation of existing ones.
  - The following new genres will be added: Horror, Shooter, Defense, Idle, Metrovania, Platformer, Bullet Heaven, Misc.

- Quality of life improvements to the avatar shop will be added.

4. What will be unavailable:

Windows/Mac
- During the maintenance period, the MapleStory Worlds PC/Mobile app and website will be unavailable.
- The app may close after an error pop-up if you are logged in when the maintenance begins.
- Monitoring may be conducted to apply detailed updates for some tasks.
Mobile
- Update notice pop-up may appear when logging in after maintenance.
